Yesterday I was valuing a Newsagency and Convenience store which, in addition to the usual services, displayed cards offering goods for sale, goods and services to buy etc. One of the cards caught my eye, it read "Good looking man, aged 42 seeks lady with pub. Please send photo of the pub!"
